Summer Camps are BACK!!

 

MORNING Summer Camps 2021

Join us for some summer fun! Learn and Grow Preschool is offering 3-day summer camps this year. Each camp offers a variety of arts and crafts, music and movement, water play, and more. All camps will be located outside, so come prepared for the weather.

Who: kids ages 2-8 (older siblings welcome)
Where: Learn and Grow Preschool’s back yard- south hill (message for exact address)
Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  9am-12pm
What to wear: please have your child dressed in PLAY clothes with sunscreen ON before they arrive. Bring a swim suit and towel for water play.
What to bring to camp each day: water bottle, small snack, change of clothes/swim suit, towel
Cost: $90/child per camp ($30 non-refundable deposit holds spot until first day of camp)

Construction Camp- June 8^th, 9^th, 10^th
Build it up and knock it down. What can we build this week? We will be using all kinds of materials to build wonderful creations.

Pirates and Princesses- June 15^th, 16^th, 17^th
Ahoy Maties! Kids explore deserted islands, treasure chests, pirate ships, and more! Don’t worry if pirates aren’t for you…. We need some princesses to join us on our adventures as well. Children can dress in their favorite pirate or princess attire.

Dinosaur Stomp- June 22^nd, 23^rd, 24^th
Have a dino-mite time with dinosaur activities, games, and crafts. Campers will have a blast exploring and interacting with (plastic) dinosaurs, fossils, and dino eggs.

Under the Sea- July 6^th, 7^th, 8^th
Calling all mermaids and sharks!! Go under the sea with these ocean themed activities and crafts.  Get creative and come ready to jam with the clams, and cut a rug with a sea slug, because everyone knows that it is hotter under the water.

Superheroes and Villains- July 20^th, 21^st, 22^nd
Help! Calling all superheroes! Preschool has been taken over by Super Villains! Join us on a Super Hero Mission to save the preschool. Children can wear their favorite super hero or villain costume each day.

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs-  August 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th  
Who doesn’t love bugs? Well I’m sure there are plenty of us that don’t. But these bug-tastic activities might just change your mind.  

Messy Camp- August 17^th, 18^th, 19^th
This creative camp allows children to discover all kinds of art materials. We will explore with paint, playdough, scissors, glue, paper and much more. Make sure to be prepared for some messy, artistic fun!

Registration is first come first serve, so register early! $30 non-refundable deposit (per camp) must be paid and registration paper filled out to reserve a space. Remaining $60 is due on the first day of each camp.

AFTERNOON Summer Camps 2021

Learn and Grow Preschool is trying out some fun 3-day AFTERNOON summer camps this year as well. Each camp also offers a variety of arts and crafts, music and movement, water play, and more. All camps will be located outside, so come prepared for the weather.

Who: these camps are gears for slightly older kiddos (ages 5-10 recommended)
Where: Learn and Grow Preschool’s back yard- 2923 E. 16^th Ave
Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30pm-3:30pm
What to wear: please have your child dressed in PLAY clothes with sunscreen ON before they arrive. Bring a swim suit and towel for water play.

Experiments Camp- July 6^th, 7^th, 8^th
 Elephant toothpaste, magic milk, volcanos and more! You can be a scientist. Discover fun science projects with us.

Space Camp- July 20^th, 21^st, 22^nd
Let’s fly to the moon! Or maybe Mars. What can we find among the stars? Learn about space, the stars, and the planets.

Robot Camp-  August 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th 
What makes a robot? Using recycled materials, we will discover how to build a robot. We will also dive into the very basics of coding.

Messy Camp- August 17^th, 18^th, 19^th
